  The foundation-free concrete mixing plant is an integrated mixing unit featuring a modular steel chassis; while it does not eliminate the need for ground preparation entirely, it requires only a leveled, hardened shallow slab, thereby bypassing the traditional, labor-intensive processes of deep excavation, formwork installation, and the pouring of massive concrete foundations.

  No foundation concrete mixing plant features a heavy-duty steel base that supports the aggregate batching, mixing, metering, and conveying systems, as well as the cement silo and fully automatic control system. Available in belt-conveyor and skip-hoist configurations, the plant utilizes bolted connections for rapid assembly and plug-and-play electrical connections.

• Mixing system: The liner plates and mixing blades are made of high-chromium alloy cast iron; their angles are optimally designed to ensure rapid, uniform mixing and a long service life. The shaft ends are equipped with a fully automatic, oil-lubricated sealing system.
• Weighing system:The independent weighing system is operated by control software that utilizes advanced algorithms for metering data; the software automatically calculates the duration of incremental feeding, resulting in greater batching accuracy.
• Conveyor system:The screw conveyor utilizes automated welding and baked-on finish processes, features thickened screw flights, and benefits from mature manufacturing techniques and consistent quality.
• Batching system: The batching hopper features a large capacity and a wide inlet, enabling dual-side loading; sensor-based weighing allows for the individual measurement of materials, thereby enhancing batching accuracy.
