Stabilized Mixing Plant

  The stabilized soil mixing plant is designed for mixing road base materials such as lime-soil and water-stabilized crushed stone. It utilizes a forced-mixing mechanism, with batching bins that perform layered proportioning of sand, gravel, lime, cement, and water. The plant is available in both stationary and mobile (foundation-free) configurations, featuring automated, continuous proportioning and mixing that ensures a uniform and consistent output.

Component-Stabilized Soil Mix Plant：

• Aggregate Batching System: Multiple batching bins equipped with belt conveyors and variable-frequency feeders for screening and conveying crushed stone, sand/gravel, and soil materials.
• Conveying system: belt conveyors and screw conveyors to transfer sand, gravel and powder materials;
• Powder Supply System: Cement and lime powder silos paired with screw conveyors for precise material delivery.
• Water Supply System: Water tanks, pumps, and flow meters to regulate mixture moisture content through metered water addition.
• Main Mixing Unit: Twin-shaft forced-mixing drum for high-speed blending of all raw materials.
• Discharge Conveying Mechanism: Finished-product belt conveyor to transport the mixed stabilized soil to the discharge outlet.
• Electrical Control System: Control cabinet, sensors, and weighing instruments for fully automated proportioning, start/stop operations, and data recording.
• Frame and Dust Removal Auxiliaries: Integrated load-bearing frame, dust removal system, operation platform, and safety guardrails.
